Glenn Ferron is a business leader, entrepreneur, and people-development professional with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations grow through strong leadership, operational excellence, and talent development. His career has spanned multiple industries—including veterinary healthcare, aviation, retail, technology, and service—where he has focused on building teams, developing leaders, and creating systems that drive both performance and culture.

Before becoming the Owner and Leader of the Pack at Woofie’s of Space Coast, Glenn served as Director of Learning & Development for Southern Veterinary Partners, where he led enterprise learning strategy supporting more than 10, 000 team members nationwide and developed programs that strengthened leadership capability, engagement, and retention.

Today, Glenn combines his corporate leadership background with his passion for entrepreneurship as the proud owner of Woofie’s of Space Coast, where he and his team provide exceptional pet care services to families across the Space Coast. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships, serving his community, and helping others connect strategy with execution to achieve real business results.

Outside of work, Glenn is deeply committed to giving back to the community and actively supports local charities and organizations through volunteerism and service. He enjoys spending time with his husband, Roger, for over 30 years, their pets, Bentley, Bugatti, and Aria, cooking, landscaping, and soaking up everything the Space Coast lifestyle has to offer.
